As a Client Training Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs tailored to the unique needs of our diverse client base. Your primary goal will be to enhance client satisfaction, drive product adoption, and reduce support inquiries by empowering clients with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, customer success teams, and subject matter experts to stay up-to-date on product features, updates, and best practices. You will create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and video tutorials, ensuring content is accessible and effective for various learning styles. You will deliver training sessions in-person, virtually, or through self-paced platforms, adapting your approach to suit the audience and context.
You will also assess training effectiveness through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics, using this data to continuously improve training offerings. Additionally, you will provide post-training support, answer client questions, and serve as a resource for ongoing learning. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, passionate about teaching, and skilled at simplifying complex concepts. Experience in instructional design, adult learning principles, and customer-facing roles is highly valued.
